The Boss's Signature

All I can say is WOW! Food was amazing. We ordered the burnt ends and pretzel bits for appetizers. The kids couldn’t wait to start eating them as you can see from the picture:) The burnt ends and onion strings melted in our mouth. The flavor was the spot on. The best burnt ends I’ve ever had. We ordered the fettuccine alfredo and skirt steak sandwich. My parents are from Calabria Italy so I know pasta. The pasta was cooked al dente. The alfredo sauce was just perfect not too heavy and had the right flavor. I had the skirt steak sandwich recommended by the waitress. Thank god I listened. The most tender pieces of skirt steak. Great seasoning with the mushrooms, onions and green peppers on a toasted garlic bread. Looks like we found our new regular spot. The service was excellent. The staff was nice and we met the owner a very nice man.

Been coming here for a while now, mainly been doing carry out and each time the food had been great! We have tried different items from the menu all enjoyable with plenty of flavor. Today we tried the pizza and it was great. I did carry out while I had a drink at the bar and had good conversations with the owner while I waited. It's nice to interact with a small business owner and a owner who cares to get to know his customers.

First and definitely not last trip to the Boss's Signature. Everybody wanted something different for dinner tonight so we decided to try something new when we stumbled upon the menu for the Boss's Signature. The menu offered a huge variety and we ended up with BBQ, pastas, pot roast, and appetizers. My son is an Italian food connoisseur and said his Vodka Rigatoni was one of the best he's ever had. My pot roast was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Portion sizes were generous. Staff was friendly and efficient on the phone when I placed my order. Even though it was a busy Saturday night, the order was ready by the time we arrived for pickup. Overall, I was really impressed. I can't wait to try some of their other items! Highly recommend.

Amazing food, very friendly, came out fairly quick. Hiden away in the strip mall i feel like this business deserve's a bigger area with the great quality foods they provide for a fair price. Taste fresh. Excited to come back

We ordered the burnt ends, Hitman pizza, chopped salad, and the side truffle fries. The burnt ends and pizza were awesome! The truffle fries were great but the portion was small for $11. The salad just okay and was vastly overpriced at $20. At that price point, every detail of the salad should be fantastic. The service was fantastic - friendly, attentive, everything came out quickly. The restaurant is very pretty and ambiance the atmosphere were very pleasant. I’ll be back for sure as we don’t have a lot of great restaurants in Bartlett but the menu is definitely hit or miss for me.
